Jecon Inc will normally exchange the unit for a rebuilt computer in stock, or if none is available, we will rebuild the same unit and send it back. IMPORTANT - you must enclose a note with your name, shipping address, and phone number.

A: Contact Jecon Inc to discuss your options. ASAP (24 hour) service is available for a fee on most items. Many computers are in-stock for immediate shipment with a refundable core charge; please call for estimate. ASAP items must be paid by credit card, or COD.

Q: I need a spare computer. Does Jecon Inc have any units available for purchase?

A: A limited number of units are available for purchased with a core charge; please call for availability.

Q: What is the turn around time on orders?

A: In-stock units are normally exchanged and shipped within 1-3 days; many are shipped within 2 day. Non-exchange units requiring repair will be returned as soon as possible depending on labor and parts.
